Carers strive to preserve and maintain the dignity, individuality and privacy of each Guest within a warm and caring atmosphere and, in doing so, are sensitive to the individual's ever-changing needs. Such needs may be medical/ therapeutic ( for physical and mental welfare), cultural, psychological, spiritual, emotional and social, and Residents are encouraged to participate in the development of their individual care plans in which the involvement of family and friends is greatly valued.

We do not use agency staff. Our continual training program ensures all our staff are able to provide continuing quality care and services - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - and dedicated staff assistance is always available at the touch of a button.
